Heart and Evil Eye Toggle Necklace

Protect your heart and soul with this one-of-a-kind sterling silver toggle necklace assembled from all-vintage components. The heart charm, probably dating from World War II when soldiers gave these to their sweethearts, has a scroll design that reverses to radiating lines. The traditional glass Evil Eye charm is double-sided and surrounded by a metal ring.  All pieces acid test for sterling silver with the exception of this ring. The delicate oval toggle chain, marked "925", is 18" long.  The total necklace weight is 8..6 grams.
