Refund policy

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from Vintage-O-Rama.  Therefore, we attempt to provide all pertinent information as accurately as possible in copy and via photos.  If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 14 days from receipt for a full refund minus return shipping costs. Please email us at contact@vintage-o-rama.com regarding any issues.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You will also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at contact@vintage-o-rama.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and inform us immediately at contact@vintage-o-rama.com regarding any damage or if you receive the wrong item. We will make every effort to correct the issue to your satisfaction. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or items damaged through improper handling. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and approved your return. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method minus return shipping costs. Please allow your bank or credit card company adequate time to process and post the refund.
