Thalia and Melpomene, the Muses of Comedy and Tragedy, are represented on this double-sided charm made by Jewel Art in Providence, Rhode Island in the late 1940's to early 1950's. It is marked "STER", along with the company's name, and has been paired with an 8" double-link chain with lobster claw clasp marked "925" and "Made In Italy". (Measure wrist and add 1/2" to 1" for best fit.) Created from fine vintage components that acid test as sterling silver. Total weight is almost 22 grams.
