Yes, this is a working telephone with rotating dial that spells "I LOVE U". The gold-tone charm is attached to a fancy 7 1/2" double-link gold-fill chain with snap box closure marked " JB 1/20 12K. G.F. " (Measure wrist and add 1/2" to 1" for best fit). In excellent vintage condition complete with safety chain. Weighs almost 26 grams. Just hope you don't get a busy signal.
